The NABNE Board has agreed to implement a permanent policy of extending the requisite date of graduation for those who are applying to take the NPLEX Part II – Clinical Science Examinations. This means that students who have not yet graduated will be allowed to take the NPLEX Part II – Clinical Science Examinations, although they must complete all requirements for graduation no later than March 31st if they are taking examinations in February and no later than September 30th if they are taking examinations examinations in August.
If you are planning to take the NPLEX Part II – Clinical Science Examinations in August 2023 and will not be able to fulfill graduation requirements prior to the exam administration, by July 13, 2023, NABNE must receive a letter of pre-verification from your school indicating that you will complete all requirements no later than September 30, 2023. Your exam results will not be released until NABNE receives confirmation from your school, no later than September 30, 2023, that you have completed all requirements for graduation. If, by September 30, 2023, NABNE does not receive a letter verifying that you have completed all requirements for graduation, the results from the examination(s) you take in August 2023 will be nullified.
